• To communicate with you about your account, support, and product updates
• To improve the product, using aggregated and anonymized data only
• To comply with legal obligations

AI training

Customer code, candidate code, and interview transcripts are never used to train AI models. See our AI Policy for details.

Data retention

Interview sessions are retained for the duration of your contract plus 30 days, unless you request deletion sooner. Marketing leads are retained until you opt out.

Your rights

If you are in the EU, UK, or California, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Email privacy@thinqr.io.
