Sub-processors

Thinqr uses a small number of sub-processors to deliver its services. We will provide at least 30 days' notice before adding a new sub-processor. To receive notifications, email security@thinqr.io.

This list is illustrative. Verify the current list with your account manager before any security review.

Infrastructure

• Cloudflare, Inc. — CDN, DDoS protection, marketing site hosting (global)
• AWS — Primary compute and storage (us-east-1, eu-west-1)
• Supabase — Managed Postgres + authentication (us-east-1)

Workspaces

• E2B — Managed sandboxed Linux workspaces for candidate interviews
• Kasm Technologies — Browser-delivered containerized desktops

AI / ML

• Anthropic — Claude models for the orchestrator (zero-retention enterprise tier)
• OpenAI — GPT models for scoring assistance (zero-retention)

No customer code, candidate code, or interview transcripts are used to train models by any AI sub-processor. See AI policy.

Operations

• Resend / SMTP provider — Transactional email delivery
• Sentry — Error monitoring (PII scrubbed)
• Linear — Internal issue tracking (no customer data)
