These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Thinqr's website and technical interview platform. By using Thinqr, you agree to these Terms.

This is a placeholder. Before going live, these terms must be finalized by counsel. Do not rely on this draft for any legal purpose.

Accounts

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Reverse-engineer, scrape, or circumvent the platform
  • Use Thinqr to harass, discriminate against, or surveil candidates unlawfully
  • Upload malicious code or attempt to disrupt the service
  • Resell or white-label the platform without a written agreement

Fees and payment

Pricing is described on our pricing page. Enterprise contracts are governed by a separate Master Services Agreement.

Beta status

Thinqr is currently in closed beta. Features and pricing may change. We will give reasonable notice of material changes.

Warranty and liability

The service is provided "as is." Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, United States.
